Do not include confidential account information in assessment responses.

We may send transactional emails necessary to provide requested results, purchases, receipts, security notices, and access instructions.
If you opt into marketing, we may send educational resources, product announcements, offers, and company updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing message.
If you separately opt into text messaging, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
